    We welcome customers with our many staff members.

    And now, Kusatsu Hotel is moving forward toward the next 100 years.
  • Bath construction site.
    There was a private bath, which was rare at the time.
  • It is covered with wooden scaffolding.
  • This facility started as the Yamamotokan Annex.
    Apparently the Western-style building and the entrance had tropical palm trees planted in them.
    Currently, Japanese white pine trees are planted here.The Japanese white pine is a lucky pine that is resistant to the cold and is evergreen. The word "goyomatsu" (waiting for work) sounds like "waiting for work" and from that it is considered an auspicious tree with the hope that "good work will come your way," which is why this facility remains today.
